These foundational years are where your creativity, passion, and your truest, weirdest self come into being.
For many of us, this is also where shame, conditioning, and “shoulds” begin to hide our light. This challenge is designed to restore a sense of safety, nurturing, and self-trust—so you can reconnect with who you’ve always been (and were always meant to be).
