Dr. Lynn Kozlowski, renowned expert in tobacco use and nicotine policy, is Professor Emeritus and Dean Emeritus of Community Health and Health Behavior at the University of Buffalo. A founding member of the Society for Nicotine and Tobacco Research, he has contributed to four U.S. Surgeon General reports on smoking.
