4–5 blackberries, plus more garnish if you wish
1/2 cup berry or ginger kombucha (or your sparkling beverage of choice)
1 ounce lemon juice
3 ounces chilled butterfly pea tea
Optional: a little maple syrup, agave or your sweetener of choice
Instructions: Muddle the blackberries in your glass with sweetener of your choice. Add ice to the brim, then kombucha. Slowly pour in half of the butterfly pea tea, then the lemon juice. Give it a stir, then top with the remaining butterfly pea tea to create a layered effect. Garnish with blackberries and enjoy!
